Bean Sprouts (Tauge)


                                                              

Ingredients:
  1. One pack of bean sprouts
  2. Garlic oil
  3. Soya source
  4. A teaspoon of salt and sugar (to add in boiling water)

Steps:
  1. Wash and clean the bean sprouts. (Do not soak too long in the water!!)
  2. Boil water with a teaspoon of salt and sugar.
  3. Add in the bean sprouts into the boiling water. 30 - 40s will do.
  4. Take out the bean sprouts and enhance the taste with the garlic oil and light soya source.
