Chili Ketchup Crabs Recipe

Step 1:  Prepare the items


Step 2: Clean and cut



Finger licking goOd Sweet and sour chilli crabsssSSssss.... ^.^

Ingredients (as shown in the first pic):
  1. Tomato and Chili source (preferable cap Maggie ...)
  2. Tomatoes
  3. 1 egg
  4. Flower crabs (clean and cut into pieces)
  5. Garlic oil
  6. A bit of water

Ba Zhen Zi Yin Tang



Ingredients :

Shou Di, Dang Shen, Qi Zi, Fu Ling, Dang Gui, Bai Shao, Bai Shu, Chuan Xiong, and Mi Gan Cao

Purpose:

Enriches blood and regulates menstrual cycle. Relieves anemia and enhances function of the lung.

How to cook:

Add at least 300g of meat (is better to boil with the black chicken) and all the ingredients into 1.5 litres of boiling water. Cook for 2-3 hours under low heat. Add salt to taste and a bit of rock sugar to increase the sweetness to the soup.
