Ingredients:
- One pack of bean sprouts
- Garlic oil
- Soya source
- A teaspoon of salt and sugar (to add in boiling water)
Steps:
- Wash and clean the bean sprouts. (Do not soak too long in the water!!)
- Boil water with a teaspoon of salt and sugar.
- Add in the bean sprouts into the boiling water. 30 - 40s will do.
- Take out the bean sprouts and enhance the taste with the garlic oil and light soya source.
